Whether it's a slow leak that's been eating your subfloor for weeks or a flooded basement at 2am, our Rumney crews are already moving. Our Rumney-based teams arrive with truck-mount extractors, moisture meters, and drying gear staged and ready to go.
We built our Rumney branch after hearing the same complaint over and over from Rumney, NH property owners — the "24/7" number that never actually answers. Every technician on our Rumney roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Each lead tech holds an IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification and has personally handled clean-water, gray-water, and contaminated black-water losses, so Water Removal in Rumney isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. Full liability coverage and Rumney, NH licensing back every job we take, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Our Rumney, NH-based equipment cache means drying gear is already close by, not stuck in a truck three states away.
Ask any Rumney property manager who has dealt with a burst supply line at 3am — the difference between a crew that shows up ready and one still loading a truck at the shop is measured in gallons of water soaking into your subfloor. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Rumney call at a time.
Water damage doesn't always look dramatic at first — some of the costliest Rumney jobs we've handled began as a small, easy-to-miss problem. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If you're nodding along to any of these, get ahead of it now rather than later — our Rumney dispatcher will give you an honest read on urgency, not a sales pitch.
From a single soaked bedroom to a commercial building with three flooded floors, our Rumney teams are equipped to scale up or down — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
Our Rumney units run truck-mount extraction pumps that pull thousands of gallons per hour, cutting standing-water time from days to hours. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Once water is out, we bring in commercial air movers and LGR dehumidifiers, positioned using psychrometric readings rather than guesswork, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
On the residential side in Rumney, we handle the flood-cut, subfloor checks, and content pack-out so your home is ready to rebuild, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
Rumney businesses and property managers get a dedicated project lead, after-hours crews, and equipment scaled to square footage rather than a single-crew response — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
When a Rumney job involves sewage backup, our team suits up in full PPE, applies EPA-registered antimicrobials, and safely disposes of porous materials that can't be saved.
Every Rumney job includes a preventive antimicrobial application, and if we spot conditions that need full remediation we tell you plainly instead of quietly hoping it clears up.
Every Rumney estimate is written and explained before work begins — no vague "we'll see how it goes" pricing.
Because our equipment cache sits inside Rumney, NH, most Rumney calls see a technician on-site in under 60 minutes.
Our paperwork is built to match what adjusters expect, and we'll speak with your insurer directly on your behalf.
If moisture readings aren't where they should be at the end of the job, we come back and keep drying at no extra charge.
Tell our Rumney dispatcher what's happening — we'll ask a few quick questions to send the right equipment on the first trip.
Our nearest available Rumney crew is dispatched immediately with truck-mount extraction gear on board.
Standing water comes out first; drying equipment gets placed only after we've mapped exactly where moisture is hiding.
We don't close the file until the numbers confirm the structure is dry, and you leave with full photo and moisture documentation.
We measure moisture with instruments, not guesswork, and we won't sign off on a Rumney job until those readings match the dry standard for the materials involved. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
We put that guarantee directly on the Rumney work order, not just in an ad. We try to send the original technician back for any follow-up so you're not re-explaining the job to someone new.
